I’m a Registered Massage Therapist offering thoughtful, personalized care in a calm and supportive environment.
A special focus of my practice is supporting clients through post-operative recovery and significant health or life transitions.
I offer care following mastectomy, elective breast surgery, gender-affirming procedures, and other surgical experiences, with a gentle, compassionate, and respectful approach that honours the uniqueness of each healing journey.
My work is rooted in Swedish massage with Shiatsu influence, and each treatment is tailored to your individual needs, symptoms, and goals. Whether you are looking for relief from pain and tension, support during recovery, or a greater sense of balance and ease in your body, I strive to provide care that feels both skilled and deeply supportive.
I have completed additional training in breast/chest massage, oncology massage, scar work, reflexology, and post-operative care. These specialties allow me to offer treatment with sensitivity and intention, particularly in situations where the body may be healing in complex or tender ways.
Before becoming an RMT, I worked as a professional singer and dancer in musical theatre. I am also a certified Kundalini yoga instructor. Both experiences continue to shape my practice, giving me a strong appreciation for the body, movement, and the connection between physical and emotional well-being.
I graduated from Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy at the top of my class and remain committed to ongoing learning in order to provide informed, high-quality care.
I believe massage therapy is about more than addressing tension or discomfort — it is also about creating space for comfort, trust, and restoration. My intention is always to help you feel supported, cared for, and more at ease in your body.
